You can learn some things by just watching the replay. Appears to be a clan battle.
Things to watch for in the video:
Small circle - Small Circle
He knows main battle areas, the battle flow, and likely target locations.
He is pre-aimed most at likely targets.
Counter Battery:
Shots at a sure shot over a possible counter battery, waits until he knows the exact spot.
Scans likely areas during reloads.
Does not guess gets a good location first, takes several times to scan for exact location.
He moves after every shot, does not ogle where it lands while remaining stationary.
(Note you can ogle the shot by staying in arty view while moving, to get an idea of where it impacted)
His moves are not in a set pattern (changes direction)
He moves to make the shot if needed - gets a better angle if needed
Marks his targets
Adjust the point of aim, when needed (buildings, berms, ground slope), note several times he aims beyond the target based on the circumstances.
Use of cover and concealment.
When fires in open no direct shots or potentially being spotted by vehicles in current view.
He switches between overhead and trajectory for difficult shots to adjust his point of game and for counter battery. This takes experience knowing when to switch views, when switching might give you a better chance.
Generally he is in trajectory view vs overhead (Could be different on a different map)
Use which ever view works best for you.
Steady slow move of aiming point to target
If you down load the video from the WOT Replay site the quality is way better then the youtube videos (Virus scan is recommended, I had no issues with the download that I know of.)
