The concept for using the decorider is the same as 2020 although some of the buttons have changed the overall concept is the same. Please read the 2020 XMAS for how to use the decorider.

If you send more then 10 boxes to your friends they don't count for the Rewards. Only 1 box per friend counts.
Using the DecoRider
If you have a large number of unfilled decoration slots in the Collection the odds are using random (1000 shards) will get you a decoration you can use.
If you have a large number of slots that are filled you might want to select specific decorations
WOT 2020 XMAS
Choose level V decorations to get thru the Atmosphere's quicker.
Immediately prior to the XMAS Event ending break all your decorations and use the shards to either get prior year decorations or the decorider to get the decorations you are missing from the current year.
For prior year decorations you can select the decoration at the cost shown, for current year you have to use the decorider even if selecting from the book, only way to absolutely get the current decoration you select is use the autoreplicator. Be selective using the autoreplicator you only get so many chances, use it to complete a collection generally.
If you get a new decoration, the number below Collections will change.
Completing missions get get you boxes, opening boxes get you decorations/shards The more missions you can complete the more boxes you get.
Buy the largest big box ($99.99 - 75 boxes if you can afford it it has the best value). What you get varies slightly, in 2020 I got:
Premium Vehicles - 8 Number Tier varies (Tiers III - VIII) and how many per Tier varies. If you get a Premium vehicle you already have they give you gold instead.

Level IV: 6 Varies
Level III: 8 Varies
Level II: 23 Varies
Level I: 41 Varies
Silver: 3.5 million (Varies)
Gold 29 thousand (Varies - This does not include the gold received for premium vehicles I had)

In the Advent Specials for one day they sold 360 Premium days for 20k instead of 24k, I used part of the 37k they gave from the large box to do that. (Note Premium Days come on special during various times of the year, if you don't get the Premium Days Advent Special save some of the gold for the specials that occur for Premium Days during the year if you are interested in Premium Days instead of Premium Vehicles.
For $5.99 you get 3 boxes which gave me:

6 Decorations (Level 1 - V)
500k Silver

Reminder to self. Might be better to do the random shards on Decorider, if you already have them you can break them and get 50 percent back, that might be better then selecting the decorations in the Collections, high risk potential high reward.

Cost doubles when you select a Decoration Type (Christmas Tree/Feast/InstalltionYard)
Cost triples when you select a Collection (New Year/Christmas/Magic/Lunar) and Decoration Type
If the decoration is already one you have, when you break it you get 1/2 the value of the shard.
You can select specific decorations in each collection but the cost is much greater then using the decorider (luck versus a sure bet).

There are multiple ways to select decorations. You can select a specific decoration type (i.e Christmas Tree - Tree Topper, Yard - External Garland as shown below in the upper picture:
Setting the Collection Switch to Random or for one of the Collections (i.e. New Year (Snow Flake) (Upper Switch left side of decorider)
Setting the Level Switch to Random or 1,2,3,4, or 5.
(Lower Switch left side of decorider)
Red Dot:
Square: - A different decoration can be put can be put on the tree.
Collections: Shows which Collection the decoration can be put on.
Snow Maidens: A new decoration is available
Chuck Norris: New mission is available
Orange Apostrophe: Shows a different decoration can be used then the one you are currently using.
A red dot appears in the Square.
In the Square a red dot appears in the left column (Christmas Tree, Feast, Installation, Yard) if a new decoration has been added after using the Decorider or when you open Boxes.

Remember to get thru the Atmospheres pick a Level V Decoration if possible 50 percent is the maximum Atmosphere Level you can get.
